This is Methuen Police Department’s C.A.R.E.S. Initiative 2nd Annual Recovery Walk. All are welcome. Help us reduce socital stigma of addiction and celebrate individuals, families and communities in recovery. There will be interactive activities for youth of all ages, face painting, music and a raffle.

This half-day webinar will highlight the current state of social determinants of health (SDOH) screening tools in care delivery, including their role in newer care and payment models, and will describe efforts and available resources to increase the interoperability of SDOH tools, concepts and data elements.
Participants will come away with a better understanding of how to leverage health IT to support the use of SDOH in clinical practice and to improve clinical decision support and quality measurement, care coordination, and population health management.

We scheduled a meeting this Wednesday, July 19 at the GLHA office on 55 Technology Drive, Lowell (Drum Hill Area) at 2:30pm to discuss the event, debrief, and thank everyone before we move on.
There is a task force meeting scheduled this Friday, July 21 at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus, *1st Floor Conference Room, 9:00-10:30am.
